Before submitting, consider the following keywords which should describe your story: Adult oriented, intellectual, riveting, and engaging. The story should also reward the reader at the end.
First off, we are a professional publication, therefore we require your work to appear in Standard Manuscript Format. Please Google details on this format. We also require the following formatting:
12pt Font
Times New Roman or Arial styles
Double spaced
Spell check
We can't express enough that your work must be free of spelling errors! If you are using unique language or names, then tell us that in your email introduction.

What we want: Quality original short story literature for our semi-annual Scifi/Horror anthology. What we expect:
2000 to 15000 word short stories
(The Short Story Anthology does not offer fee-based services. Publication is free for the author.) Rights: 1st North American Serial Rights & All Electronic Rights with reprints After this the author is free to submit their works to other publications. UnEarthed Press still retains the rights to print that particular anthology and story edition.
If we accept your work, we will respond and work further with you to get your work published.
Author payments as of August 1st 2010: 1 contributor copy and a huge discount on further copies. (Royalties only available for Anthology 1 and 2 submissions and per contract with us.)
